Submissions

I submitted the concept paper, but it is not showing up on the submissions page, although it did say submission complete and it is showing up under my login under submissions. How do I document that CNCS received my submission? Thank You

    Challenge.gov does show the status of submissions.

    Hi All,


    It seems like there's some confusion about submissions so here are a few tips.



    • They won't appear publicly on the site until they are reviewed 

    • You can check in the top right of the screen under "Submissions" (next to your name and picture). You should see your submission listed there. If it says "Draft", then you haven't submitted it yet. If it doesn't say draft, then it has been received.

    My submission is showing as a draft, but I submitted it for review. I tried submitting it earlier, but it could not go through.

    I sumitted the concept paper at 4:45 pm, which it says on my hard copy, but my account  shows one challenge and no submissions yet.

    Hi Amanda, sorry you ran into an issue. When I checked into it, the only thing that prevented the submission from going through checking a box to agree to the rules. I submitted it for you. If that wasn't your intention, let me know and I can cancel that. 


    Celia, the submission wont appear on your profile until it is approved, however in the top right of any page, next to your name (where you log in and log out), you should see "Submissions" and it is listed there. It's submitted and ready for review. There's nothing else you need to do.

    When I went to my profile it shows 0 submissions but on the submission tab it shows my concept I hate to ask but wanted to be sure you recieved mine

    Hi Jimmy,


    Sorry if that's a little confusing. We'll try to improve it.


    All submissions are reviewed before being made public. When you see your submission in the dropdown, but not on your profile, that means that it has been received but has not yet been made public. You'll get an automatic email as soon as the submission is publicly viewable.

       I just wanted to say thanks for this blog-question forum you have! It's very helpful to scroll through--already answered a few of my questions. I like how personal it is and how it feels like real people actually read through these proposals, which we all worked so hard on!

    IT IS OFFICIALLY THE 11TH,have you or rather when will you post who has been approved for the next step in the challenge.As I look at my submission tab to date nothing has showed up.

    We anticipate notifying everyone today regarding their eligibility for the compition. Once the notification has gone out all eligible projects will be visible on the website.

    Roslin S. - everyone who has their submission published/visible on the site was sent a message through Challenge.gov notifying you. Please check your other mailboxes as it may have been caught by your spam filter. It should be viewable as well when you log onto the system. If you can't find it still, please email me at dpremo@cns.gov and I can forward a copy that way.
